What is it?

Management by Leadership is a three-day training program that incorporates leadership techniques into management systems that assists in delivering the maximum effort from your most valuable asset—your employees.

Who is it for?

The program is geared for both public sector and private industry organizations. It is for ANYONE in the organization, from chief, director, CEO, middle-manager, first-line manager, or an employee wishing to promote within an organization.

Why Management by Leadership?

Two reasons. Management by Leadership has a special module that teaches the differences about workforce generation groups. Once a person understands the core values and beliefs of each generation, one can supervise to a much higher level (with less effort). The second reason is the program is constantly updated with new material. Such examples include the effect of leadership in the Chile Mine Rescue, Enron, NASA, and many others.
